Create a Double-exposure Glitch Effect Add your images or videos to the timeline. Use the green handles to trim. To stop motion of the images, select the Pan & Zoom function. Tap on “No Effect”, and apply to all. The movement of images have stopped now. Tap on the transition icon. Choose “Get More” to check out more transition effects. Tap on Glitch category and add a transition to the timeline. Press the second image and set zoom-in effect. Go to the Pan & Zoom function. Select “Custom Motion” to create a custom movement. Tap on End Position to adjust the end size. Press the play button to check the effect. Tap on the Overlay icon and add another video. Drag and resize as needed. Splice the video and delete the parts not required. Drag the video to the correct position. Tap the Edit icon and choose Blending tools. Select a blending effect. Press the Back icon and to go back to the timeline.
